Cell Command Therapy Sessions on CD are complete hypnosis sessions of approximately 30 minutes with the correct Cell Command suggestions given in the deepest level of trance to the body part or system that needs to be corrected, healed or changed.

Each Hypnosis session is in two parts. The first is a verbal suggestion session on one side of the tape or one track of the CD, where you hear clearly the positive suggestions to go into hypnosis and the positive suggestions to accomplish the goal of that session. The second is a subliminal music session of peaceful music recorded over the suggestions so you don't hear them aloud. On this subliminal side or track, only the positive therapeutic suggestions are recorded subliminally. They are identical to the verbal suggestions without the suggestions to induce hypnosis.

These Cell Command Therapy® hypnosis sessions have been found to assist regeneration of the bodies cells. The suggestions are given in a deep level of hypnotic trance and directed in a commanding way to the specific body part or the body system that needs regeneration. As explained in the section about Cell Command Therapy®, these suggestions can cause the specific regeneration to occur without the dis-ease or error conditions, thereby allowing natural self healing to take place.

The Cell Command Therapy® sessions contain both a hypnotic induction process that can cause the listener to go into deep trance and then the specific Cell Commands and regeneration suggestions to assist in the recovery and restoration. There are specific sessions tailored for each body system, as well as many other types of regeneration.

The sessions can be used in a stand alone mode to assist in the physical regeneration. They can also be used with individual hypnosis sessions for cellular releasing of causes and Cell Commands to the systems or body parts.

Cell Commands have been shown to strongly reinforce any other therapy. They also assist in stimulating cellular regeneration simply by continued use (30 days or more).
