Famous people find hypnosis

There have many positive news stories about hypnosis and its uses lately. In our first update we wrote about Samuel L. Jackson, the actor, talking about stopping smoking successfully using hypnosis. He was on a talk show and spoke of all the things he had tried unsuccessfully. Now, however, he has had three sessions with a hypnotist and stopped smoking. He said he had no cravings or withdrawal symptoms and it has been months since he stopped. The longest he had ever gone without smoking in the past was two days.

A national magazine dated October 29, 2007, had the title ARACNOPHOBIC EVA. The article was about Eva Mendes, the actress starring in We Own The Night which is just opening in movie theaters. She had a terrible fear of spiders. She was totally incapacitated by even seeing a spider. She had gone through several different behavioral therapies to try to overcome her fear with no results.

She visited a hypnotist twice and is now totally over her fear of spiders. The magazine quoted her as saying, “I now want to work on everything else with my hypnosis. Road rage and midnight snacking are my next two issues to resolve, and I found a tool that can truly help me.”

We were also thrilled to hear from Ute Carson and Debbie Hrncir through Ute. Ute read our last month’s update about the Qui-Gong technique to relieve pain. Ute and Debbie are now doing hypnosis six- week classes in the Galveston area for a holistic group. Ute sent in her email that she also used the technique mentioned in our last update while on a hiking trip. Her back went out on her. She used the pain release technique learned in our pain series and was able to not only relieve the back pain but to also complete the hike with the group.

When things happen to a hypnotist personally, the ability to teach it with assurance is one hundred per cent. Ute and Debbie are teaching six week classes. Super Star Brian Brown now at the University of Houston

We were so happy to hear from Brian Brown. You can view Brian and his successes in the Super Star Section of our website. Just click Hypnosis sessions and then click on Super Star Hypnosis Sessions. Brian has successfully received a scholarship to the University of Houston for pole vaulting! Dr. Martin is on cloud 9. He is so happy for Brian and his success.

Brian sent a link to view his scholarship at: http://www.uhcougars.cstv.com/sports/c-track/mtt/brown_bryan00.html. Brian went on in his senior year and qualified for state. He jumped 15.9 ! This made him qualify in the top 8 for Texas and the top 50 in the United States of America! He also topped the Kingwood High School Pole Vaulting Record! We are both so proud of Brian. Dr. Martin is elated. I also feel there is an angel in Heaven saying “Go Brian!”

Brian worked with one of our former hypnotherapy students for a year, it was a few sessions during his early school years to help him with his pole vaulting. This student was Fred Lewey. Fred had a private hypnosis practice in Kingwood, Texas until his untimely death. Brian then found Fred’s teacher from having noticed Fred’s diplomas on his wall and then worked with Dr. Martin for two years periodically. Both of Brian’s hypnotists are so proud of him. One hypnotist here on Earth and one looking down from Heaven.

Since Dr. Martin is now in Birmingham and Brian is in Houston, Brian inquired about Super Success CD’s through our in-home healing and positive suggestion CD sessions. Dr. Martin will be able to come through in that area for him and will be able to make some personalized CD’s for Brian also.

The way Fred and Dr. Martin worked with Brian was to do a releasing of causes blocking his super success and then reprogramming the subconscious with positive suggestions for success. Brian is a perfect example of someone accepting the positive suggestion without creating any new blocks to his success. Also, to keep injury from being a problem, they both worked on his endocrine system and gave Cell Command’s to certain parts of his body.
